Our training programs are designed to build solid, movement-based strength for the body that will enable the athlete to be better prepared for success in the sport of his/her choice.

We offer three strength and conditioning programs designed to train all levels of athletes, from the beginner to the elite athlete.

Strength and Conditioning
HoopZone offers three strength and conditioning programs designed to train all levels of the athlete.

These programs include:
- strength training
- flexibility
- speed development
- sport-specific speed development
- energy system development

What to expect from us:
1. Assessment: Athletes undergo a comprehensive performance assessment before and after each training period. This includes 3 vertical jump tests, 2 Linear Sprint tests, agility test, a lateral speed-agility test, strength assessment, body weight, and body fat percentage tests.

2. Qualified staff: Our trainers possess Masters degrees in Kinesiology and are Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches (CSCS). You won't find more knowledgable strength coaches in Austin.

3. Training Frequency/Duration: We recommend three training sessions per week, although other arrangements can be made. Each session is designed to last 60 minutes for strength training only, and 75 minutes for strength training and speed development.
